SAFETY PROGRAM MANUAL

General

This manual establishes the minimum requirements for the Abdulaziz & Faisal Sons of Abdullah Al Rashed Company Ltd. [A&F Al Rashed] loss prevention and safety program, as per the manual contents as attached.

Policy

A&F is committed to protecting employees, resources and physical assets. Every effort will be made to provide a safe and healthy work environment for all department employees, by minimizing risks and providing adequate control of safety hazards during our daily operations.

Our target goal is to achieve zero incidents and zero injuries, together with zero property damage; and is to be achieved by daily diligence, a proactive safety partnership throughout all operations, providing measurable safety measures, adequate safety training, and effective communication to all employees.

Purpose

The purpose of this Safety Program is to provide clear guidelines to all Company Department [A&F Al Rashed] personnel on proper safe work practices and to promote a positive safety attitude during all daily operations. The program addresses both on-the-job and off-the-job safety, striving to eliminate injuries to personnel and to avoid property damage or business disruption.

Scope

This program applies to all Company employees and contractors assigned to the Company, defining their roles and responsibilities during the implementation of this program.

Safety Partnership

A&F Al Rashed is committed to working in an effective safety partnership with company employees and sub-contractors assigned to the Company. A successful partnership means an effective safety program, and the partnership elements include the following:

•   Management shows a strong commitment to the safety program, with a proactive approach that reflects its support and involvement
     in safety activities.

•   Close contact and regular cross department coordination between management, company employees and sub-contractors at all
     levels, to facilitate open communication on safety concerns.

•   Targeted safety training that is relevant to employee work activities and provides the knowledge necessary to safely perform
     assignments.

•   Programs that will ensure a safe work environment, free from recognized hazards through periodic work site and equipment
     inspections.

•   The Safety Program has measurable goals and objectives to establish accountability and effective implementation.

SMS Alignment

This manual is written in accordance with the SMS [Safety Management System] as applied in the A&F Al Rashed operational area.
