INTRODUCTION

A&F Contracting was established as a division of A&F Al Rashed Company Ltd. with a vision to provide quality construction services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The contracting division works in the private, public and industrial sector providing excellence in construction services and a superior level of customer service supported by our highly experienced dynamic management and execution teams.

Although A&F is a young company, its roots stem from the sister companies of the Al Rashed Group which include RTCC, SSEM and ARA (Al Rashed Abetong) as mentioned later. These reputable companies have been established in the kingdom for more than 50 years and are well rooted in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Please find attached the pre-qualifications for the three companies in Appendix B.

A&F has the expertise and capacity to see the project through the various stages of construction - from project planning, design and procurement to construction, final inspection and handover.

The company is further supported by an engineering division skilled in all disciplines from reviewing design, re-design, shop drawing preparation, including quantity surveying, estimation and planning & scheduling.

With an efficient centralized procurement division the company has great strength in procuring the best quality products and services both from the national and international markets.

A&F has a strong labor workforce to support the manpower requirements of the projects that can easily be deployed to the required sites. A&F also maintains a full range of heavy construction equipment that can be mobilized quickly to support the projects.

Even in the short existence of the company, A&F has successfully and proudly delivered the King Faisal Workshop Project for the Ministry of Higher Education (MoHE) and is currently progressing works on the on-going project for the Arts & Sciences College Project also for the MoHE.
